Account & Eligibility

To open an account with 1 bit, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh. Each user may only create one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration is accurate and kept up to date. Account passwords and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

• Minimum age: 18 years or older
• One person: one account maximum
• Providing accurate and genuine identity information is mandatory
• Account transfer or sale is strictly prohibited

Rules of Use & Prohibited Activities

The 1 bit platform may only be used for lawful and personal entertainment purposes. Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or attempts to gain an advantage through automated software on the platform is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized attempt to access another user's account will result in permanent account termination. No content, software, or data from the platform may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes. If any suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.

• Fraudulent and deceptive activities are strictly prohibited
• Use of bots or automated tools is prohibited
• Attempting to access another user's account is prohibited
• Platform content may not be redistributed
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions is prohibited

Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladesh's official currency, BDT (৳). Deposit and withdrawal limits and procedures may vary in accordance with platform guidelines. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe after verification. If any bonus or promotional offer is accepted, the associated terms and conditions will apply, and failure to meet them may restrict withdrawals. In cases of suspicious transactions, we may request additional verification and reserve the right to place a hold on transactions if necessary.

Gaming results are determined entirely by random algorithms, and no outcome can be guaranteed. If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first — we aim to respond within 48 hours. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. The platform's decision shall be considered final unless a different ruling is reached through legal proceedings.
